Vincent Moretti is one of two main protagonists in A Way Out.
Biography
Ingame Description
After earning a college degree in financing and marrying his high school sweetheart, Vincent settled on a job in banking.
Promises of easy money ended up shattering his whole life when he got drawn into the world of organized crime.
Background and early life
Vincent was a police officer working at the police academy, along with his brother Gary. They were working together to take down the kingpin Harvey, who was in possession of a valuable stolen diamond.
In an attempt to recover the diamond, Gary went undercover as an interested buyer. Leo, Harvey, and Gary meet to make an exchange, however the deal goes south when Harvey shoots Gary in the head and knocks Leo out, leaving him behind.
During interrogation, Leo is unable to provide where Harvey may have disappeared to, and is sentenced to 8 years in prison. Vincent takes this opportunity to go undercover and befriend Leo, so that he may find out where Harvey is and get revenge for the death of his brother.

Ending
When Vincent and Leo return to the United States from Mexico, Vincent reveals that he has been working as an undercover police officer, and attempts to arrest Leo. Hurt by the betrayal, Leo subdues Vincent and escapes by car while holding him hostage. This results in a car chase that results in Leo crashing into a river allowing Vincent time to escape. Vincent and Emily then chase Leo down via helicopter to a warehouse, where Leo ambushes Emily and tells her to leave so that he may face Vincent alone. The two protagonists then have a final face off.
