A Way Out Wiki

Dragomir[1], or the Prison Brute Hitman[2], was another convict at the prison, hired by Harvey to assassinate Leo Caruso.

Game Events[]

Dragomir appears multiple times in the first section of the game, to both threaten Leo and to try and kill him.

Chapter 1[]

The first time he shows up is in the first playable section of the game, while Leo's on his way to his designated cell block. Dragomir jumps out from around the corner and shoves Leo into the wall. Leo pushes him away and they glare at each other as a guard tells them to break it up. Dragomir says that "Harvey sends his regards", and Leo curses out the both of them as Dragomir exits the cell block.

Dragomir's second appearance takes place in the very next sequence, wherein he lures Leo to an enclosed basketball court with the intent to trap Leo and beat him to death. This plan begins to fail when Vincent Moretti is thrust into the ensuing fistfight. Dragomir's goons are spread thin between the two inmates and Leo gains an advantage over him multiple times during the fight. Eventually, guards break up the fight. Dragomir, bloodied and beaten, warns Leo to watch his back before being ushered out of the court by a guard.

The third and final act of malice against Leo is another murder attempt, this time in the cafeteria. When Leo stands at the counter to get his lunch, Dragomir stands from his table and charges him, pushing him against the counter that separates the kitchen and the mess area. He wields a shiv and attempts to use it on Leo, though he fails when Vincent pulls him away. He chases Leo into the kitchen and grabs two knives, throwing one to the lackeys which now pursue Vincent. Leo throws various within-reach items to keep Dragomir away, but Dragomir backs him into the next room. He forces Leo to the floor, knife to his face, when guards flood the room and pull them apart.

Dragomir knocks one guard back and stabs another. The rest of them beat him with batons until he is presumably dead.

After Death[]

Dragomir is mentioned twice after his death. Once, by Leo as he dismisses Vincent's questioning of the "beef" Leo has with him.

But don't worry about him, he's out of the picture now.

—Leo Caruso, trying to get Vincent to help him

He's mentioned again later in the game, when Sean is telling Harvey why Leo is still alive.

Our guy fucked up, got himself killed by the guards.

—Sean to Harvey
